The Problem:
Insulin
During your entire life you have been eating all day long. From when you wake up to when you sleep.
Constantly eating, snacking, eating, snacking, eating...
Here's what that did. Everytime you ate something you spiked your insulin causing more insulin
to enter your system. The constant spiking and all that excess insulin damaged your natural
process of handling food, insulin and energy for your body. This created a condition called
Metabolic Inflexibility.
So here is what your day looks like to your Insulin. Eat (spike), Snack (spike), Eat (spike), Snack (spike),
Eat (spike), Snack (spike), Eat (spike), Snack (spike). YIKES! No wonder you have an insulin issue.

The reason is called Metabolic Inflexibility vs Metabolic Flexibility.
Metabolic Inflexibility
This is a condition where your body only burns sugar (glucose) because your insulin level is high.
And it stays high. All excess sugar & carbs gets stored as fat reserves. You only burn glucose for energy.
You never burn fat for energy. This cycle continues over and over and you gain weight and become a breeding
ground for autoimmune diseases like Cancer, Heart Disease, Diabetes, IBS, Arthritis and more, until you develop
Heart Disease, Diabetes, Liver Cancer or something else and die. In the meantime your doctor will give you plenty
of pills & drugs from Big Pharma that will not help and actually makes your condition worse. Not good.
Metabolic Flexibility
This condition is what you want. Your body can easily "switch" between burning glucose and fat for energy.
You become healthy and fit. Weight loss becomes a "side effect". Your body does all this automatically,
and mostly while you sleep. Imagine that, you'll lose that weight you've been struggling with by sleeping!

- Your first meal of the day should be mostly carbs, or mostly protein, or mostly fat

- Fat Fasting (Bullet Proof Fasting) Since fat does not stimulate insulin you can start your morning with eating fat. That

You can test your insulin level by getting a Fasting Insulin level test.
Although this is the most accurate test (not the fasting glucose test or Fasting Blood Sugar Test) most doctors
